• Stoneridge Career College reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, substitute instructors, or modify curriculum as necessary.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Tuition and fees must be paid according to the terms outlined at the time of enrollment.
• Refunds will be provided in compliance with the Ontario Private Career Colleges Act, 2005 and Ministry of Colleges and Universities guidelines.
• Any additional fees (application, materials, etc.) will be disclosed prior to payment.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Abide by all academic and conduct policies of the College.
• Attend classes, complete assignments, and respect faculty and staff.
• Use College property, including online systems, responsibly and lawfully.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Stoneridge Career College is not responsible for damages resulting from website downtime, technical issues, or unauthorized use of accounts.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all content on the website is error-free or up to date.

8. Termination of Access
