Refunds are issued by cheque or e-transfer and recorded on the student’s ledger.

We are dedicated to maintaining open communication and resolving student concerns promptly.
Step 1 – Informal Resolution
Speak directly with your instructor or program advisor.
Step 2 – Formal Complaint
If unresolved, email a written complaint to info@stoneridgecollege.com, addressed to the Academic Director or Registrar.
Include your name, program, issue details, and desired resolution.
A written response will be provided within 10 business days.
Step 3 – Appeal
If unsatisfied, appeal in writing to the College Director within five business days.
Step 4 – External Resolution
If the issue remains unresolved, contact the
Superintendent of Career Colleges via the Ministry of Colleges and Universities:
